“Location is very close to the city center so that’s good. Free and inconvenient parking was good Bedroom lights spacious enough Bed was comfortable The only thing I didn’t like was that I was charged by the hotel for the room, although it was prepaid and paid online to Expedia. I had to call Expedia to get my extra charge refunded”

“Location is perfect - ski in ski out, steps to everything in the village. Our room was a littel small but then again, we booked the cheapest room in the hotel. I'm sure there are upgrades available for a little more $$. Great terrace/restaurant overlooking the mountain. Room for improvement on the bathroom size and tv with screen mirrorinng option would be nice if you don't speak french well enough to follow French tv. BUT we didnt spend much time in our room so it wasn't big deal. Would……

“Good facilities, ideal for a 3 night stay”

“Quite area and nice weather in Summrr”

“最佳的位置和景观。 设计非常方便的滑雪。 早餐好，有热食。服务好 房间的照明有点暗 Spa的水还要热一点 希望可以为顾客提供车站到酒店的交通指南”

“The resort was niceish - however here were some things that irked us. 1. They were not very informative and from the second day onwards their reception would shut down at 6 pm and we had to use a very weird entry to the hotel. This entry was not safe as it was not well lit at all. This information was also not shared with us so we “discovered” it and frankly that’s just not right. 2. There was never enough staff at the breakfast - which was expensive mind you, but no one there to seat us and……

“Ski in ski out! Full equipped kitchen! Supermarket nearby. Huge living room. Everything is good!”

“Unfortunately our stay wasn’t the best. The room we were put in was so noisy. Whatever was above us, all we could hear was something (maybe chairs) scraping along the floor. This went on morning, noon and night. Carpets in room were disgusting. Most staff were really nice and friendly except one woman on reception who was extremely rude. No tongues for croissants at breakfast despite me asking for some so everyone was putting their hands in all over them. The lights in the corridors were……

“It's great for families with young children. It has a great restaurant and location”

“Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. Tout s’est très bien déroulé du début à la fin. La chambre était impeccable, confortable et très agréable. Le personnel était accueillant, souriant et toujours disponible pour répondre à nos besoins. Le service ainsi que les prestations étaient à la hauteur de nos attentes. Nous repartons ravis et avec de très bons souvenirs. Nous recommandons cet établissement sans hésitation !”

“Idéalement situé ”

“This is a boutique hotel with nice design. Up to standard service with details, esp the shuttle has helped us a lots. A very nice guy from shuttle took good care of us. Meal quality was okay, normal standard, not much surprise. Location was a bit far, but with nice view. ”

“Bon apparemment, propre, spacieuse ”
